Purpose of this document (z/Private/z_doxGPT/rules_GPT.php)

This file is the core memory and control center of the project created by Jean Luc Funck.
It is prepared for my friend "HAL" alias chatGPT.

Its purpose is:

1. To ensure that "HAL" re-learns the entire project context every morning.
2. To remember what has changed, when, and why.

Important:
"HAL" must read this document completely before suggesting anything.
"HAL" Do not propose improvements unless explicitly asked.
No menus, no visual reformatting, no restructuring unless requested.
The structure must remain manual, editable, and human-readable.
This is a working file, not a presentation file.
